Hotel room rates are per night for single or double occupancy.

 During Peak period from October until May, all reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (Visa and Master card only). Mentioned credit card will be pre authorized for one night.

All non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 18:00 of the designated day of arrival. Guaranteed reservation will be held for late arrival for the first night charge.

Cancellation and No show policy for guaranteed reservations - We require 72 hours advance notice (Thailand time) for no cancellation fee.  Otherwise, the first night's stay will be charged to the credit card for guaranteed reservations. 

In the event of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 100% of the full value of the bookings.       

All foreign nationals are required by Thai law to present a passport with valid visa stamp upon arrival.  Thai nationals are required to present their Thai identification card.
